RAAK

The Raak Amsterdam Design Group was actively manufacturing lighting in the 1970s and cooperated with many international designers and architects that included the likes of E.J. Jellis, Sergio Asti, Frank Ligtelijn, Bertrand Balas, Maija Liisa Komulainen and Nanny Still.

Raak manufactured a wide range of lighting from floor to ceiling that used combinations of glass and metal for a sleekly minimal future-looking style that has become charmingly retro as the companies design signature of the 1970's.
